Account Director, Experiential Marketing - Rooftop2 Productions



Provide vision to lead company strategy, development, execution, and management of sports and entertainment client brand activations.  To have expertise in and true passion for creating experiential marketing experiences. 


  • Significant client interaction with brands, agencies, sports and entertainment properties.
  • Develop engaging activation ideas to achieve client goals.
  • Work closely with senior management to develop strategic and tactical initiatives.
  • Lead a team of account/project managers and highly energetic brand ambassadors.
  • Work directly with the creative team to execute programs. 
  • Understand the goals and objectives of various clients and their respective businesses; develop learnings and insight on client objectives to effectively develop ideas and strategy.
  • Manage budgets and forecast profit and loss projections based on objectives.
  • Effectively lead on site activations.
  • Upsell clients on new ideas, strategies, and company capabilities where appropriate.  Support new business initiatives including RFP responses. 
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with venues, talent, and stakeholders.
  • Build and develop industry relationships that put company and clients in the best position to succeed.
  • Learn and introduce industry best experiential practices while developing innovations that will allow consumers to experience brands in unique and interesting ways. 
  • Develop reporting and measurement analysis.
  • Travel, nights and weeks required as events require.



  • Five (5) + years agency and/or brand experience in experiential marketing, brand management, or sponsor activations.
  • Forward thinking, willing to take initiative.
  • Good decision making and problem solving skills.
  • Energetic positive attitude and able to take constructive feedback well and learn effectively.
  • Management and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge and interest in sports and live entertainment a strong plus. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Ability to organize very well and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
