Senior Account Coordinator - Culinary

Missions

Lagardère Plus is part of the Lagardère Group, a world-class media group led by Arnaud Lagardère, operating in 30+ countries and structured around four distinct, complementary divisions: Lagardère Publishing, Lagardère Active, Lagardère Travel, and Lagardère Plus.

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, analytical and hands-on individual to join our culinary team through an exciting and challenging growth stage. This Senior Account Coordinator position will play a key role in the management and growth of a global banking client account and will work closely with other Account Coordinators, Account Managers, Account Directors and a Vice President to manage the strategy and activation of multiple culinary partnerships.

The position will be based at Lagardère Sports’ office in New York, NY and candidate will be a day-to-day contact with the client and agency partners. The ideal candidate will have previous culinary partnership marketing experience and have advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, etc).

Profile

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement sponsorship activation programs

     

  • Serve as a day-to-day contact with all stakeholders and properties (internal and external)
  • Support the strategic development of the clients' overall sponsorship strategy
  • Help manage sponsorship recap reports
  • Help manage particular sponsorship marketing programs, while supporting all team programs
  • Help manage results and key metrics as it relates to program measurement and ROI
  • Help manage executional deliverables - including creative - and program activation

Profile & Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and writing skills required
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while working independently and with multiple partners
  • Superior organizational skills and ability to problem solve/work effectively under pressure
  • Ability to travel (approximately 5-10%) and work on weekends, when needed
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Ideal candidates would also have the following experience:

  • Experience building and activating programs from ideation to execution
  • Banking/ financial brand familiarity and presentation development
  • Culinary marketing experience
  • Sponsorship strategy and activation
